All our Enemy Territory Quake Wars game servers come pre-installed with working config files and are instantly installed upon completion of your order, meaning they can be accessed within just a few hours. After the server is installed, you can then choose to tweak or change the various configs as you see fit using the built in file editor, or you can just get straight into it, it's up to you.
Once your server is up and running you can also choose to customise it using one of the many mods we make available on our automated installer system. So whether you want to just add minor tweaks, or go for the total conversion with the Tactical assault mod, it's entirely up to you. As mentioned, installing your chosen custom content to your game server couldn’t be simpler thanks to our automated downloader and installer, simply select which mod you want from the menu, and select install. Want to install mods of your own, no problem, the XTR control panel gives full file manager access, and allows the ability to ftp straight to your server’s directory.
That’s not all, our server control panel makes managing your server configs a breeze too, allowing you to upload and manage a number of config files, or edit your live config on the fly thanks to our in built config editor.

A bona-fide follow up to the classic Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. Enemy Territory: Quake Wars is a rolercoaster ride experience, set in the Quake universe.
Focusing the gameplay on achieving objectives instead of just achieving the biggest kill score was a wonder stroke, as having everyone focus their efforts on to one or two areas makes for some of the most intensive warring around. Obviously it does make it an all out frag fest, however in a more tactical, team building kind of way.
Taking the online gameplay and focusing it on team play, and objective achievement, the player is thrown feet first into the eternal battle between the Strogg and Humans (GDF). Although set in the future, the humans weapons are all based upon modern weapons, wheras true to their futuristic alien origins, the Strogg are privvy to advanced futuristic weapons. The strogg weaponary is kept in ammo by stroyent, oddly the same substance that keeps the stroggs energy levels up, wheras the GDC (Humans) are forced to hunt out ammo clips and health packs as expected from a modern fps.
Each army has its own set of classes to choose from, with classes such as the humans medic, engineer and covert ops, with the Strogg having their equivelant counter parts. In addition to the various classes the game is spiced up with a whole host of vehicles and deployables, which are turrets that can be, ahem, deployed by certain classes to act as deffence points.
